Halloween Office Party Ideas

Not all offices like to have fun, but we do! We’re celebrating Halloween with a dress code change on 28th October. (no one wants to come to work dressed as a ghoul on a Monday)

But before we get into our fancy dress, we’re going to make the office look super cool and plan a few spooky goings on to get that freaky Friday feeling.

Decorate your desk

A pumpkin is a simple way to decorate your desk for the day. And you’ll be able to use it later when it comes to the pumpkin carving part of the day.

Costume contest

Hold a small competition and crown someone the best dressed. They could win a prize of a morning off or three-hour lunch break.

Pumpkin Carving

When you’re nearing the end of the day, it’s time to hold your pumping carving contest. You can use the pumpkin you had on your desk for decoration and carve away to your heart’s content. The best pumpkin could be judged for its resemblance to a celebrity or something related to your line of work or business. We sell office supplies, so we could create carving of offices or desktop accessories.

Trick or treat

Why not set out a few naughty but nice treats around the office or communal areas like the kitchen. You can place them in ghoulish bowls. Order some sweets or chocolate and enjoy the sugar rush.

Hopefully, these tips will help you organise a last minute office Halloween party for your team or employees. It’s a great way to have some fun and bond with your colleagues.
